ZAFER REGIONAL AIRPORT

International ‘Zafer’ Regional Airport, which was planned in line with the regional aviation policies to meet the transportation requirements of the cities Kütahya , Afyonkarahisar, and Uşak and which has the special feature of being the first regional Airport in Turkey that is constructed from scratch (green field) with the financial opportunities of Turkey, was established by IC İÇTAŞ İNŞAAT with YİD model. Although there was a contractual investment period of 36 months, the construction of the airport was successfully completed in a period as short as 18 months and it was opened for service.

The Airport ,which will be operated by IC İÇTAŞ İNŞAAT until the middle of the year 2044 within the scope of the ‘Build-Operate-Transfer’ contract, consists of: airfield that is concrete-covered with a length of 3 thousand meters and a width of 45 meters which is equipped with technical devices enabling landing and take off under all kinds of weather conditions, a connection road for taxi, an apron with a capacity for 5 planes, a terminal with a closed area of 17 thousand and 600 square meters, the technical capacity for hosting both domestic and international flights, and all other complementary unites.
