The Ağrı Nezahat Çeçen Girls' Dormitory was officially opened

The Nezahat Çeçen Women’s Dormitory, located on the campus of Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University and built by the IC İbrahim Çeçen Foundation, was officially opened with a ceremony.

The dormitory, a significant facility designed to address students’ housing needs and donated to the Ministry of Youth and Sports, was inaugurated in a ceremony attended by İbrahim Çeçen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IC Holding, his wife Nezahat Çeçen, and Günseli Çeçen, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the IC Foundation. Also in attendance at the ceremony were Ağrı Governor Dr. Osman Varol, AK Party Ağrı Deputy Ekrem Çelebi, Ağrı Mayor Savcı Sayan, Rector Prof. Dr. Abdulhalik Karabulut, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Faruk Kaya and Prof. Dr. Önder Şimşek, IC Foundation Director Dr. Meral Dinçer, members of the provincial protocol, academics, administrative staff, and students.

The Nezahat Çeçen Women’s Student Dormitory, which features classrooms, study and living areas, and luxury rooms, was built to accommodate 400 students. Following the opening ceremony, a tree-planting ceremony was held to commemorate the occasion, and the event concluded with a performance by a folk dance troupe and a concert by Maksut Çavlu, a scholarship recipient of the IC Foundation.
